Best face serum

Excellent product for my wind burned face. I work outdoors 12 months a year and this serum replenishes my skin. I combine it with rocky face cream for ultra hydrating

Sensitive skin, great company!

I am a long time customer of RMS and have ordered serums, face creams, soaps, and baby products since 2017. I love all the products. I recently bought a serum that made my sensitive skin break out, it was the Hydrating Natural Serum. This was the first time I have had a reaction to something of theirs so it must have been one of the natural ingredients my skin didn't like for whatever reason, I am a new Mom so it might be due to my changing hormones. Rocky Mountain Soap reached out to me once they were aware of this and asked me questions to get to know my skin type and recommended either the Calming or Restorative serum. They allowed me to exchange the serum I bought for one of those serums free of charge even though I had already opened it and used it. I will continue to support such a great Canadian company that stands behind their products and seem to truly care for their customers. I haven't received the product yet but they assured me if my skin reacts to that one as well I can return or exchange it. Would recommend this company to all my loved ones.

Awful Smell

The serum is fine under moisturizer, but it smells very heavily of turpentine to the point where I can no longer use it. Unfortunately the first product I haven't enjoyed from RMS.

Skin Quencher

Trying this for the first time along with the Transformative Cleansing Oil and the Essential Face Cream. I've never tried serums before. I always thought they were a luxury item, not necessarily part of a basic skincare routine. Using this serum is changing my mind! I really enjoy the feeling my skin being quenched.
